The Army offers first aid to injured guerilla

Florencia. After sustaining armed contact troops from the Sixth Division aided the leader of the 49th Gang of the FARC while two other guerillas were out of combat.
The military action occurred in the village of Gallineta in the municipality of San José of Fragua, department of Caquetá, moments in which forces of the 12th Battalion Counter-Guerillas ‘Diosa del Chairá’, carried out area military search and control operations.
Obeying the Human Rights and Humanitarian International Law, those from the National Army injured in combat, with the help of the Aviation Army Brigade offered medical attention and afterwards transferred them to the installations of the military region of the Sixth Division to alias “Isidro” head of the terrorist faction, which carried a rifle.
