Delegates from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Presidential Program for Human Rights and the Ministry of Interior and Justice, knew at a theoretical and practical level the training and education received by students at the Military School of Non-Commissioned Officers “Sargento Inocencio Chincá”, on this very important issue for the Armed Forces.
After a lecture by Colonel Hugo Alejandro López Barreto, Director of the School, and Colonel Martin Hernando Nieto Melo, Director of Academic Counseling and Legal Research of the Army, where it showed the knowledge that students and generally all members of the Armed Forces acquire in relation to human rights, attendees and guests were on the track of practical training in Human Rights and International Law of Armed Conflict (DICA).
Martha Cecilia Pinilla Perdomo, Plenipotentiary Minister of Diplomatic Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, said she was impressed with the training that students of the Military School of Non-Commissioned Officers “Sargento Inocencio Chincá” receive, especially by the practice given, achieving an integral education.
Finally, teams of specialized troops carried out demonstrations over the different training tracks of the Tolemaida fortress.
