Army locates Farc cache in Cauca

Bogotá. A cache belonging to terrorists of the FARC was discovered by troops of the Third Division during offensive operations against illegal armed group in the department of Cauca.
The secret hiding place, was found by soldiers from Counterinsurgency Battalion 37 ‘Macheteros del Cauca’ in the village Zumbico, Jambaló Township, where offensive operations against terrorists were being carried out against the gang Jacobo Arenas from the Farc.
Inside the inlet, the military unit found six anti-personnel mines, which contained about two kilos of explosive each, and a scale of 81 mm grenade.
The death traps were destroyed in a controlled manner by explosives experts.
