In the headquarters of the HR and HIR School, in Bogotá, was headed the basic course in its fifth version, oriented to the Non Commissioned Officers of the Army and the Navy, who develop themselves as instructors in the Instruction and Training Battalions in the brigades across the country.
During three months they receives the instruction over Human Rights and Humanitarian Rights, Deeping their knowledge in the responsibility of the Commander of the Human Rights, omission action and tolerance, sexual and reproductive rights; and the rules of the International Penal Court –Rome Statute-.
Parallel to the course, the Non Commissioned Officers headed a virtual course in Children and Teenagers Rights, including the uninvolved and/or recuperated from the illegal armed groups.
The closure act made by the Chief of the Human Rights Office, Brigadier General Emiro Enrique Torres Ariza, and the Director of the Human Rights School, Lieutenant Colonel Angelmiro Ramirez Vanegas; who gave the diplomas of certification to the 41 students of the Force.
The next April 15 will initiate the course “Human Rights Promoter”, directed to the professional soldiers to educate them as multipliers of the topic of the Units.
