Bogota. Three guerillas from the Farc, among them a woman, escaped from the terrorist organization and asked for protection to the military units stationed in Caqueta and Meta.
The first turns in of two individuals from the “Timanco” group of the Farc, were produced in the rural area of Cartagena del Chaira, Caqueta, scenario of the offensive operations headed by troops from the Specific Commando of el Caguan”.
Meanwhile, another member, this time from the group 43 of the Farc, arrived to the town of Palmeras, jurisdiction of the municipality of Puerto Rico, Meta, were troops from the Eastern Specific Command were stationed, claiming the wish of abandoning the arms and return to the civilian life.
The two men and the woman gave up a pistol, an ammunition magazine, a grenade and a night vision goggle.
The subjects will pass to the Humanitarian Attention Program to the Demobilized, once the veracity of the information is checked.
