A member of Farc is aided by Army’s Fifth Brigade soldiers

Alias “Brandon”, received medical attention from field nurses trained in first aid.

According to investigations, alias "Brandon", with eight years in the FARC, was injured after clashing against the Army in the development of an operation that destroyed camp 24 front, joint maneuvers between the Colombian Air Force and troops of the Fifth Brigade, which killed five narco-terrorists. This man who presented wounds to his leg and right arm, was found by the Army after his companions left him without giving him assistance.

After the assistance, alias "Brandon" stated: "I thank God for giving me the opportunity to be attended by the Army, and because I really thought that soldiers would find me and kill me, but on the contrary they respect my life and healed me."
