Army held fourth Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law course

The closing ceremony was held at the Army Human Rights Law School, where for three months 49 soldiers were trained in the subject and prepared to be instructors and assistants in the subject in Divisions and Brigades.
Officers and NCOs will be capable of acting as multipliers of the Human Rights Institution, and reach positions for this purpose as an instructor counter-guerrilla platoon, a company statement, senior staff assistant, assistant legal adviser , as well as an instructor in Human Rights, International Humanitarian Law, and an urban and rural councelor for procedures.
