The voluntary turn in of guerrillas continue

Bogota. Two members from the ELN escaped from the terrorist organization in which commit crimes in order to ask for protection to the military troops deployed in the Valle del Cauca.
The voluntary turns in took place in the city of Cali, site were the troops from the Military Police No.3 “General Eusebio Borrero Costa” took in two members from the group “Comuneros del Sur” from the ELN.
The individuals expressed the mistreatments, the lack of food, and the pressure of the troops and the desire of a better future, which led them to take the decision.
The subjects will pass to the Humanitarian Attention Program to the Demobilize, that is leaded by the National Government.
