Parachuting team from the Army won the national tournament

Bogota. On the frame of the Military Parachuting and Free Jump National Tournament, celebrated in the Military Fort of Tolemaida, the team from the National Army won every category from the event.
The championship last seven days, and more than 80 parachutists from the National Army, National Navy, Air Force and also a civilian team participated.
The ‘Black Hawks’ as it’s called the Team from the National Army kept the leadership during the competition such as: precision, free fall, relative flight and free jump.
One of the keys of the success was the practice from the men in troops landing, rescue and moving of personnel; labors which enhanced the experience of the members from the team positioning them at an elite activity.
In this way, the Military Parachuting School from the Army continue harvesting recognitions in the different activities and defending its place as a pioneer inside our country, since 49 years ago.
The next participation of the parachutists will be in the city of Cali, when the world championship will be celebrated.
