Troops from the Zeus Task Force saved the life of a Guerrilla of the Farc at the southern area of Tolima

After the offensive held by the troops from the 119th Terrestrial Combat Battalion, from the Mobile Brigade No.20 against the structures from the Central Block of the FARC in the town of Florestal, Chaparral, soldiers found a guerrilla with stomach wounds caused by a hand grenade and proceeded to give him the first aids in order to save his life.

After the troops reported the fact in order to ask the needed help, a humanitarian operation was deployed in order to attend the wounded and evacuate him in a safe way.

Once evacuated, the demobilized was taken to the Hospital at Chaparral, Tolima were he is recuperating in a satisfactory way.

The man said to be part of the Miller Salcedo group and due to the attention from the soldier combat nurse, his life was saved.
