Military Cadets School ‘General José María Córdova’ champion of the Interschool’s Championship 2012

The Military Cadets School was crowned as champion of the XXIV version of the Interschool’s Games 2012 at the city of Cali, a championship in which the high level of training and professionalism of the cadets was shown, which allowed to obtain 51 gold medals from the 115 disputed at the sportive event.
For eight days were disputed 11 disciplines with the participation of the school from the Army, Navy, Air Force and National Police.
A total of 1200 cadets participated during the competition, under the motto “Together we are the Strength” at healthy competition environment, in which the cadets defended till the last moment their Schools with the last objective of being at the podium in each competition.
-The games arrived to their XXIV version and had as competitive scenario the Sportive Panamerican Unit and the Pedro Grajales Stadium and Pascual Guerrero, principal scenarios of the majority of the activities which were fulfilled at the Games.
Volleyball, Football, basketball, fencing, field tennis, swimming and taekwondo were other competitions that raised the enthusiasm of the assistants, being also the military competitions such as shooting.
Through a colorful competence with an outstanding level of training and discipline, the future Officers of the Military Forces showed their country the capacity and dedication which are the principal values of their training.
