325 new Army non-commissioned officers graduate as experts in Military Sciences and will reinforce the country's security strategy

This new generation completed a comprehensive process that combined academic instruction, tactical training, and training in technologies applied to the operational environment. In addition to their degree in Military Sciences, they obtained a double technological degree in strategic areas such as Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law, Military Logistics, Public Management, and Field Criminalistics, programs that are part of the Training School's academic offerings.

In this regard, the training strengthened their skills in tactical leadership, troop command, and operational planning, under institutional doctrinal standards, which will allow them to act with professional rigor in highly complex scenarios and in compliance with the constitutional mission.

The director of the School, Colonel Gabriel Ramos, noted that this moment "confirms the institution's commitment to training leaders of integrity, discipline, and preparedness to respond to the current security challenges facing the country." He added that "this generational change will bring professionalism, technical capacity, and leadership in the field, in line with the national security and defense strategy."

Indeed, the new noncommissioned officers will assume operational and administrative responsibilities in different regions of the country. Their mission will be to integrate into the National Army units to guarantee constitutional order, strengthen troop cohesion, and accurately execute the tasks assigned within the national security and defense strategy.

In this way, the Military Non-Commissioned Officers School and the National Army's education system reaffirm their institutional purpose of training leaders prepared to serve Colombia with honor, responsibility, and real commitment in the field.
