En una solemne ceremonia militar realizada en el campo de paradas del Cantón Militar La Popa, en Valledupar, el coronel Carlos Alberto Olaya Avilés asumió como nuevo comandante de la Décima Brigada del Ejército Nacional. El acto fue presidido por el mayor general Carlos Enrique Carrasquilla Gómez, comandante de la Primera División, y contó con la presencia de autoridades civiles, policiales y militares de la región.
