In Caldono, a cargo of psychoactive substances was seized, which would be commercialized in different departments of the country.
The hard work carried out by the units assigned to the Apolo Task Force of the Third Division of the National Army continues to achieve important results through constant military operations against criminal groups dedicated to drug trafficking and financing of illegal armed groups.

The events took place in the township of Siberia in the municipality of Caldono, where soldiers of the Mobile Brigade no. 17 carried out an operation of territorial control, attending to a timely call of the civil population.

During this event, in which the material was verified, three men and one woman were arrested and placed at the disposal of the competent authority. They were charged with drug manufacturing, distribution and possession. These subjects were found in the route that leads from Pescador to Siberia waiting for transportation for later commercialization.

The Apolo Task Force continues to improve the security conditions of the Cauca inhabitants through these results, which shows that reporting is crucial to preserve and protect the integrity of Colombian children and youth.

Similarly, the Cauca community is invited to continue reporting criminal actions in order to achieve greater effectiveness by the legitimate institutions of the State.
