Thanks to the Multimission Soldiers of the Engineers Battalion No.17 - General Carlos Bejarano Muoz, maintenance works on 4.5 kilometers of a tertiary road are being performed. This road connects the village of Campamento with the Belencito in the municipality of Carepa, Antioquia.

This work will allow over 6000 inhabitants of the villages of Belencito, La Cristalina, La Union, Miramar and El Tagual to commercialize products such as cacao, banana, corn and lime with greater effectiveness, thus generating development and social progress for this community.

In this way, the National Army, with resources from the Mayors Office of Carepa and the Government of Antioquia, remains committed to the population of this area of the country, securing a better quality of life and economic well-being.
