The Engineers Battalion No. 12 - General Liborio Meja of the 12th Army Brigade, in compliance with the strategic axis Cooperation and Development of the Victoria Plus Plan and the Faith in Colombia-Pasin Caquet initiative, delivered the community two playgrounds and a bus stop in the village of Itaca and in the inspection of Santuario, in the municipality of La Montaita.
The works began on June 2 following a tripartite agreement between the National Institute of Roads, the Municipal Administration and the National Army. They are part of the Works with Community Participation Project, which seeks to benefit a thousand inhabitants of northern Caquet.

Both playgrounds and the bus stop will contribute to improve relations between neighbors, coexistence and mobility. They are complementary works of the Improvement, Social and Environmental Management Project in the Marginal de la Selva Road, in the track Florencia-Puerto Rico, in the north of the department, as well as part of the Roads for Equity project.

With these actions, the National Army develops Unified Integral Action processes to join efforts that positively impact communities in the department of Caquet.
