The Army Leadership Center conducts training for the "Military leaders with ethics and character" program

The academic session featured the participation of Major General Juan Carlos Correa Consuegra, Inspector General of the Military Forces, and was focused on strengthening leadership skills, professional ethics, and coordinated work as fundamental pillars for fulfilling the institutional mission.

During the event, the topics “Purpose-driven personal leadership: teams that think and feel together” and “Collaborative management as a mechanism for organizational interoperability” were addressed, creating opportunities for reflection and learning focused on developing skills for leading work teams and strengthening organizational culture.

Through this type of training, the Army Leadership Center continues to promote training initiatives that contribute to strengthening military leadership, ethical decision-making, and collaborative work for the benefit of the institutional capabilities of the Military Forces.
