En cumplimiento de lo ordenado por el Tribunal Administrativo del Meta, mediante auto de fecha 9 de febrero de 2026, dentro del medio de control de Acción Popular radicado No. 500012333-000-2026-00010-00, se procede a publicar el auto admisorio de la demanda interpuesta por la Fundación para el Estado de Derecho contra la Nación – Ministerio de Defensa – Ejército Nacional y otros. El documento permanecerá publicado por el término de diez (10) días, conforme a lo dispuesto por la autoridad judicial.
