In order to strengthen alliances and experiences that promote international academic mobility, the Military School of Non-Commissioned Officers (EMSUB), an organic organization of the Education and Doctrine Command, received in its facilities a commission from the Security and Defense Attaché of Panama in Colombia.
Upon arrival at the Alma Mater of the Non-Commissioned Officer, the delegation was led by Colonel Feliciano Grajales Reina, who together with the Director of the EMSUB toured the facilities of the Higher Education Institution and learned about the military and academic capabilities of each of the five technologies that the academic offer has as well as the opportunities and challenges in terms of training, instruction, and education of future non-commissioned officers of the Force.
Meanwhile, Colonel Grajales Reina, highlighted the Military Doctrine taught, the conviction of service and professionalism with which the generations of relief of the Colombian National Army are being formed. Likewise, he highlighted the Academic Mobility agreements that are being advanced between both nations and from which cultural and academic exchange is currently granted to 15 members of the National Border Service of the Republic of Panama, also called SENAFRONT.
Finally, with this geostrategic visit, international relations continue to be strengthened in order to consolidate bilateral educational agreements, which project the Military School of Non-Commissioned Officers as a reference higher education institution in military training.
