Future noncommissioned officers prepare to lead the operational offensive in the national territory

After 18 months of comprehensive preparation, 384 men and 95 women are now entering a stage focused exclusively on consolidating command and operational capabilities. During this period, they will develop Command Phases, Weapons Specialization, and the Advanced Combat Course, aimed at perfecting troop leadership, tactical planning, maneuvering, and decision-making in complex scenarios.

In this regard, this phase has a specific purpose: to prepare non-commissioned officers capable of efficiently integrating into deployed units and contributing to the execution of sustained offensive military operations, in coordination with the unified actions of the State, to strengthen the protection, security, and tranquility of the population.

The ceremony was presided over by Colonel Gabriel Alexander Ramos García, director of the Sargento Inocencio Chincá Military Non-commissioned Officers School, who highlighted the strategic importance of the moment and urged them to take on this new responsibility with determination. He reminded them that the dragoon is the precursor to command in the field and that, in six months, they must demonstrate that they are fully prepared to lead soldiers with tactical judgment, firm leadership, and absolute loyalty to the mission.

With this generation of cadets, the School consolidates the training of men and women committed to serving their country, who will soon assume duties in tactical units of the National Army and contribute with effective leadership and operational capacity to the defense and security of the country.
